Bookings at Inside Spa

We are thrilled you are planning to visit Inside Spa.

We advise you book your Pamper Day, Spa Experience and any treatments in advance to make sure you get the day and time you want.

Pamper Days, group bookings and private hire of the Spa’s facility must be paid in full at the time of booking.

If you require any advice on treatments or packages, please do not hesitate to contact us and one of our therapists will be happy to help.

To make the most of your experience, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to enable you to check in and complete your consultation form.

*Please note, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, for any teen treatments.

*Please note, the minimum age for the Spa Wellness Experience is 14, and an adult must be present at all times.

What you should bring with you

If you are using the Spa Experience or having a Pamper Day, then all you need to bring with you is your swimwear, £1 for your locker and toiletries for your shower afterwards. We will provide you with a towel and robe. Slippers are provided for clients on Pamper Days only.

Aftercare

Inside Spa offers a full range of luxury retail products for home use. Your Spa therapist will advise you on the correct face and body care to maintain your results.

Inside Spa Rewards

This is our way of saying: “Thank you for choosing us!”

When you have your first treatment, you will be given a Reward Card. Every time you have a treatment, your card will be stamped. When you have nine stamps, you will be entitled to a FREE back, neck and shoulder massage or an express facial.

Terms and conditions: The card can only be used Monday – Thursday and Pendle Leisure Trust reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. The card is non-transferrable, cash alternatives are not available and the card may not be used against retail products. Any treatments lasting less than 15 minutes will not receive a stamp.

Medical Information

Some treatments may not be suitable or require adjusting for your needs. As your well-being is our priority, please provide us with any relevant information at the time of booking.

Please be aware that if you are pregnant, you are unable to use the Spa Experience. We require a doctor’s note if you are being treated for any of the following:

  • Heart condition
  • Cancer
  • Liver problems
  • Kidney disease
  • Or any recent operations

We appreciate this may be time consuming, but we follow the Best Practice guidelines set by local GPs and The Good Spa Guide for your safety.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy is one of those times when you really need to take the weight off your feet and be pampered. Being stressed isn't good for the baby, so what better excuse than being pregnant for some nurturing me-time!

At Inside Spa, we recommend that during the stages of pregnancy, you focus on beauty treatments, such as manicures, pedicures, facials, nails, and tinting.

Massage and Body treatments, including the Mummy Massage, should be avoided during your first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Once your 12 weeks are over, we can then personalise most of our massages, to suit your individual needs.

Please note certain treatments such as Thai Foot massage, CACI, our body wraps, the Spa Wellness Experience and the Mud Chamber cannot be used during pregnancy.

Hair removal can be more painful when you're pregnant, as your skin is much more sensitive. Heated treatments for example the Spa Wellness Experience, Wraps and the Mud Chamber, cannot be used throughout the stages of pregnancy at all; due to the heat, which can raise your body temperature; leading to dehydration and overheating, making it very dangerous for both you and your baby. 

Cancellations

Please call us on 01282 661735.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel your appointment.

Bookings cancelled within 12 hours will be charged in full.

Private Hire cancellations require one week's notice. If you do not cancel within this time, your full deposit will be lost.

When adding treatments to an inclusive Spa package this becomes part of your package and is liable to the same terms and conditions as the Spa package.

At the Manager’s discretion, should you need to cancel your booking within the 12 hours notice, we will provide you with an option to change your date and re-book an alternative date at no additional cost.

Treatment Timings

In order for you to receive the best experience… Your therapist will include a consultation before the treatment and after care at the end. This is all included within your treatment time allowing the therapist to personalize the treatment just for you.

Parking

Our car park is pay and display so upon arrival please ensure you purchase a ticket from the machine near the main entrance. The ticket machine will provide you with two tickets one to put into your car and the other to bring in and we will refund your ticket at the main leisure reception. If you are running late and there is a queue for the parking machine please call into the spa reception and we will provide a parking permit for you.
